Where at Beauty by Tate Taylor we strive to deliver exceptional service. My goal, the safety and welfare of both myself and my wonderful customers are the utmost important.

 

Here are a few Basic steps on how you can book your appointment.

PAYMENTS

A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to secure your appointment and will then be credited towards your service total amount on your appointed day.

NO CALL, NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATION ARE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE FEE WITH CARD ON FILE. WHICH IS NON TRANSFERABLE.

LATE POLICY

Beauties, please keep in mind that every scheduled appointment is inflexible. Being Punctual means a lot to both you and I.

PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. I WILL CONTACT YOU AN HOUR PRIOR TO, IF I AM RUNNING BEHIND ON SCHEDULED TIME.

In the event that you are running late, there is a 10 min grace period.

If wait time exceeds 10 mins your appointment will be immediately Cancelled. Resulting in lost of deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH NO CALLS NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS?

No call no shows are UNACCEPTABLE.

In the event that (You) the client has a no call no show occurrence will result in an immediate booking privileges terminated.

This behavior is not tolerated.

RESCHEDULE

Hey Beauties, if you booked with me, and later found out you can not make it to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment.

RESCHEDULING

Clients can only reschedule appointment in the appropriate sequence. Per reschedule/cancelation policy. You are able to reschedule with your Initial deposit credited to your next chosen scheduled appointment. Rescheduling same day "last min" will result in rescheduling rights and deposits forfeited.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS?

To reschedule , please refer back to your confirmation email.

You are also limited to 1 rescheduling per appointment.

Rescheduling multiple times on the booking site will result in an immediate cancelation of your appointment and/or termination of booking privileges.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel, please refer back to your confirmation email.

Cancellation issued on clients behalf will result in LOST OF DEPOSIT.


LACE DROP OFFS

Hey beauties! unfortunately, I only accept HD Laces, any other laces are NOT ACCEPTED.

Any other laces brought to your appointment will result in an immediate cancellation or change of service.

WHAT SHOULD YOUR LACE LOOK LIKE?

When purchasing your lace, please examine the knots. The knots should be SMALL IN SIZE and the HAIRLINE SHOULD BE THIN.

Laces bought from the hair store are not accepted, my apologies babe.

Laces will be examined before approval.

WHEN SHOULD YOU DROP OFF?

Laces CAN BE dropped off 2-3 days PRIOR TO your appointed date.
* It is NOT mandatory to drop your closure off. In the event that you (the client) isn’t able to drop off your closure, please be advise that upon your appointed date, it is your responsibility that the lace is correct. If you (the client) isn’t sure feel free to send a picture to via text, Dm or email for assistance.

WHAT SHOULD BE WRITTEN ON DROP OFFS:

First and Last name, Date of Appointment, Time of Appointment, Beauty by Tate Taylor and Suite Number.

LOACTION FOR DROP OFFS

Drop off location will be issued in your confirmed appointment email immediately after your booking is completed.

* EMAIL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION MUST TO BE CORRECT.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROP OFFS

DROP OFF'S TIMES ARE WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY. 8:40 AM - 4PM.

When dropping off, I may or may not be present at the suite. Drop off times are strictly enforced.

 

Drop offs should be handed directly to me with the proper instructions written.

* Please notify me (VIA TEXT) upon your arrival for drop off's.


GUIDE FOR LACES

When buying a HD lace frontal or closure you want to be sure that your lace hairline is thin, the knots are small in size ( almost nonexsitent) which will give you the most natural look.

As opposed to a lace closure with a thicker hairline, which will give you an unnatural wig like look.

 

LACES WILL BE EXAMINE BEFORE APPROVAL.

*HD LACE - The highest quality lace, super thin. Lace will look almost invisible against any skin tone.

*HD lace is only accepted. Why? because the quality of the lace will give you a flawless install, which is what we want to aim for.

Where can you get a great lace?

Closure needs to be a (5x5, 6x6) HD.
2x6 (smaller lace) are welcomed.

* I do recommend Wig dealer for closures

TRADITIONAL SEWIN

You'll need 3 bundles to achieve a full natural look. For a fuller look 4 bundles are needed.

For a BLOW LOOK I do advise the usage of 4 bundles. I do recommend GREAT quality dense hair for a luscious look. (Ex. Indian, Cambodian or Vietnamese hair).

Upon arrival, please be sure that your hair is freshly washed and blown out properly.

Freeing of any oils, dye, leave in conditioners chemicals, plaits, braids and twists.

* The quality of your (the client) bundles are super important. Why? Longer lasting installations, well kept curls, less shedding, easier upkeep, fuller look, sleek outcome.


WHERE TO PURCHASE BUNDLES?

• Bundles can be purchased from me (on hand). Please notify me via text for availability of hair before appointment 5-6 days)

BASIC INFO

When booking enter the correct contact information.

Any signs of indecent and or uncomfortable activity/behavior will result in cancellation of appointment, termination and removal of party.

Confirmation texts and emails are sent out hours in advance before appointments.

Hair styling service CAN NOT be changed the day of appointment, unless NEEDED.

Appointments may over run on their time, which result in me pushing back your appointed time or pushing your appointment for an earlier time.

Please book accordingly for any event you have planned, I would advise a morning appointment preferably the first slot (if the event is later that day) or book the day before.

I work efficiently to execute your desired style as perfectly as possible. Please beauties, plan accordingly with your day.

I do not work over previously installed laces done by anyone else.

Styling services that are not listed on site will not be offered.

I do not offer same day squeeze ins or appointments. Unless stated.

Please read intake forms properly

Appointments times may be more or less.

 

* NO TRANFERABLE FUNDS.

After 48 hours the responsibility of your installation is out of my control, concerns need to be notified within that time frame.

Please be sure that your hair is fully washed and blown out before arrival, freeing of any oils braids, plaits, twits and chemicals.

 

Please book the add-ons when booking your appointments accordingly.

Same day styling is intolerable. (* if the add ons is not listed on your Appointment, it will not be done the day of) scheduling purposes.

Re installations for closures are limited to 2 uses. (only if the laces does appear to be in excellent/good condition) laces/ hair will be turned away.

 


FEES?

Squeeze in fee $200

VIP HOURS (before 8:20am and after 3pm) $250

VIP DAYS (working on off day Sun,Mon,Tue) $300

COVID -19

Beauties, If you display any signs of COVID-19 please refrain from booking. Keeping each other safe is key.

If you have any symptoms prior to or on the day of your appointment, that is : headache, runny nose, or coughing. Your appointment will be cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.

I am not EXEMPT from these rules, I will inform you if I am feeling under the weather or have a slight feeling.

All appointments are a one on one moment. Please no extra guest.
